As always the woman at the front desk was very helpful and understanding. She gave us a good room and the process of checking in was very smooth, ie no paperwork. We thought she was so professional that she should have, if she wasn't, been on her way up within the vagabond hotel companies to a management position.

The staff were great and especially the security was one of the best I ever met not lazy and very helpful and a very caring man that's because my dog was sick and he knew what to do to make my dog better thank u sir I'm sorry I forgot his name but he's been there many years and we appreciate a man that takes pride in his work thank u sir my name is angel Hernandez and I'll make sure people like you are appreciated to the vagobound south and staff Bakersfield appreciate the love and services you provide for us while we're there it's my first time I ever appreciated any one thank u.

Room was clean. Friendly lady at front desk. Overall I just like staying here I feel comfortable and “SAFE” I enjoy the breakfast… Thank you

It is very comfortable. It has breakfast included from 4am to 9am. Waffles, cereal, orange juice. Coffee & milk. Rooms are clean but staff is rude. From front desk to housekeeping. Pool is open from 8am to 8pm. Sometimes they won't open it if it's too dirty. Cheap when u get it online..

They didn't charge us and make us pay $20 extra cash aside from our reservation BKFD INN AND SUITES REAPS PEOPLE OFF BY DOING THAT AND ITS WRONG YOU HAVE IMPROVED FROM LAST TIME STAFF MUCH NICER PLEASANT AND MORE CLEAN QUITE NO HOMELESS HANGING AROUND OR DRAMA GOING ON YOUR PLACE HAS IMPROVED I HAVE NOW FOUND NEW PLACE TO GET AWAY TO ASIDE FROM DAUGHTERS HOUSE THANK YOU I WOULD AND HAVE Recommend YOU TO OTHER FRIENDS YOUR A BETTER GET AWAY FROM IN IT ALL SPOT YOU ROCK GOD BLESS

The facility was secure with cameras and well lit. Very comfortable and clean room. A simple free breakfast with waffles and cereal with orange juice and coffee to save money for one meal was great. Love the food and grocery options around.

I liked it because it was clean it had refrigerator and microwave the only thing with missing was a trash can and ashtray for the smoking room that's it otherwise it was excellent

The room was clean. The bed and the pillow were comfy - I am disabled w/a bad back so it was nice to sleep on a nice bed and pillow.
